The T-Mobile Diagnostics (Doctor) app runs in the background for insured devices to monitor health, collect signals for troubleshooting, and support remote fixes. Permissions can be managed or disabled by users, and newer fleet management is handled via T-Life; Samsung’s native diagnostics remain separate.
